Stayed here last night, horrible experience. 1st the toilet in my room didn't flush and ran all night long....no sleep? This morning when I tried to speak to someone at the front desk all I received is attitude and rudeness from the front desk person KIM???? DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
Really run down, in need of updates. Hot water didn't work.

Inadequate desk staff, check in lines took over an hour. Room AC didn't work. Rooms not well cleaned. Extremely poor service in restaurant.
Nice hotel, fair price. The only problem was the bar tried to force a tip on my dinner bill. The service was worth the 15%, but making the assumption that she deserved the tip it was a bad move. If we were a group of 6 or more, i understand. It was only my wife and myself. The waitress tried to blame it on the pos system. She removed the tip only after we insisted.
I stayed here this weekend as a guest at ConGregate. The con was wonderful, but the hotel was terrible. Checking in was a nightmare. We didn't have towels for most of Saturday, and even though we had four adults in our room, we only received two bath towels because they "were out" of them. We finally got towels around midnight. The con area bathrooms were not cleaned and by Sunday had little to no toilet paper or hand soap. The front desk staff was unfriendly at best, and the hotel restaurant was understaffed.
