It's been a pleasure working with Dr. Shrake and his team. The location is great, it's convenient for this journey that I am on. I am honored to have Dr. Shrake as my doctor. He is professional, he explains everything . Thank you Dr Shrake.
The staff (from the front office to the treatment) were amazing.
Everyone greeted me in the morning and remembered my name. Treated with respect and concern. Everyone from the doctor to the staff. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They showed concern and compassion. After a month I felt like they were part of my family and I hated to leave but it felt good to complete the treatment.
From my first to my follow up visit Dr. Shrake and his staff made me feel at ease and "comfortable " with each radiation treatment I had. Always professional, yet FRIENDLY with me and with others as I witnessed in the waiting room. Dr. Shrake and his staff made an already stressful time very positive and peaceful. Wouldn't want to do it (Radiation Treatment) again, but if I Had To - I'd go back to him!!!
