I found the Radiology department very friendly and accommodating. They had my reports and disk ready for me and I could just walk in and get them.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried to schedule an MRI. First off being on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time is not the greatest thing in the world, but that is not the reason for the bad reviews. The reason is when trying to schedule I either was disconnected on their end 4x or just plain hung up on. I figure it was the latter because the 4x I was disconnected it was after I mentioned it was a workers comp claim as the insurance provider. Completely ignores Levine’s order about mask exemptions. If you have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask, you are SOL because you will not get medical care you need. This is illegal discrimination.
