I called for an mri on Aug 7 and they scheduled me for Aug 21. When the schedule person asked about bloodwork I said my most recent was done and the person said they could get the results. Two more people called me (total of 3 now) during the 2 or more weeks, again saying they would get the results. The day of the scan the hospital called and said it was cancelled because the lab was too old (by 6 days). They waited until the day of the MRI to get my results... I've had two MRIs over the last two months as an outpatient as well as plain films of the spine. Everything about the experience was exceptional. I have claustrophobia and has scheduled my first MRI to be administered with anesthesia but mistakenly ate the morning of the procedure. Mr. Murphy helped me through this procedure with encouragement and care. He also managed by subsequent MRI with the same thoughfulness. I then went over to get plain films of the same areas.
