I have never been to Radiology Associates of Hollywood and now I'm receiving text messages from their collection agency saying I owe them money.
Try to stay away from this office. Cancelled my 2 months appointment because “didn’t receive a referral” when the insurance literally said they did approve it. 2 days before appointment they go through the chart & just cancel it & you can’t get appointments until months ahead
I keep receiving messages claiming that I owe them money, even though I’ve never been to their establishment. It seems like I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
Do not go to South Florida ENT-Dr Sina Joorbachi. It’s impossible to reach anybody in billing. They told me everything was covered 100% and then kept sending me bills which I responded to multiple times , both in writing and voicemail. When you call billing no one answers and you’re on hold for hours even if you leave a voicemail no one calls you back. Will be looking for a new ENT! Now they sent me to collections and I still can’t reach anyone!
Dr. Lewin and his staff are amazing. They made me feel comfortable and was very welcoming.
