Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and great service. Check in is quick, and I've never had to wait long for x-rays.
I’ve now tried two locations and have had similar experiences at both locations. Today I was told the wait for a x-ray would be 15-20 min and there was no one ahead of me. I’m still waiting 40 minutes later. I have been skipped over for x-rays, watched individuals at the front desk take off their shoes, stick them on the desk and massage them. The staff at Radiology and Associates are amazing! As my mom prepares to battle breast cancer, the staff was caring, gentle and so patient with her today! As i sat and waited on her, I was given information on ways to help my mom not only mentally but physically! We have a long road ahead of us and even tho she still has fear in her heart, WE both left there with peace of mind! Thank you Sylvia, Claire and Gina for all your help today! 💕 #noonefightsalone
