I've had the misfortune to use their services on a number of occasions, including yesterday. My experience - short wait and excellent service, and they have always been extremely polite.
If I could I would be leaving 0 stars. It is not an option. After allowing me to make an appointment for a Dxa scan two weeks ago for my 14 year old daughter... which was performed by RA two years ago.... I was just called today (two days before the appointment) to be told that they decided “a few years ago” that they wouldn’t be doing this test for people under 21 years of age.
