I had an excellent experience at Radiology Associates on Spohn Dr. The staff members were very attentive and thorough. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm. I was told to be there by 4:15pm I was at the facility by 4:00pm, was checked in at 4:05, and was seen at 4:10pm. I was out of there by 4:30pm. Now that’s service! Thank you, Staff at Radiology Associates, for your excellent service and professionalism.
To this day, I've yet to have a bad experience, there have been many times when it's high volume day, but that's expected...About the ladies upfront talking & laughing, that doesn't bother me, also, the lady walking around interacting with people, I find it pleasant & enjoyable
So we got here at 6:20pm. Signed in. Took 10 mins while the 3 girls were just laughing and talking about whatever. Before the girl even took the clip board to check who signed in. Took 30 mins just to get the I-pad from them to fill out. We notice like a skeleton crew here at this time. We figure it would be a lot faster at this time but that wasn’t the case in was slower. Radiology associates is a joke!! Especially the CEO Kim Slonaker... She is a mean person!! They always come out on media that they help the community. That's a bunch of bull because behind close doors when no one is looking they treat you like crap!!! Thanks a lot Ms. Slonaker for contributing to the pain and depression of my loved one!! I hope your satisfied and can sleep at night!!! I hope this never happens to someone you love because they are turned down for not being able to pay the full amount. Not even a payment plan!
Fast service and the X-ray technician was very nice and professional. Thank you to the X-ray technician I believe her name was Claire for making it an enjoyable visit!!!
Had a Neck CT Scan yesterday. The office staff was great. The technicians were sweet and very informative during the whole process explaining what I would be feeling during the procedure.
I have been in several times with my son and I've had nothing but a great experience Terry is amazing and her bedside manner is even better. Thanks for taking such great care of my son..
