There were 5 women at the desk. They told me to sign in and wait. I did. I waited for 15 minutes before a very UNFRIENDLY woman called my name and told me I was supposed to be here 30 minutes early to register. I told the UNFRIENDLY woman I was here 25 minutes early but waited 15 minutes to be checked in. I also told her I prefer-registered and paid my bill over the phone in advance. I arrived at 8:15 and only had to wait 15 minutes to be taken to the back for my mammogram. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Good experience
Very upset left a long message at them leaving my dad waiting an hour and half longer after his 1:30 appointment even though we were here at 12:45. Really it was asked 2 hours to be seen. Horrible. No manager present to talk to also.
The staff at the Six Points location is friendly and efficient--I appreciate everything they did to make my experience as comfortable as possible. They took the time to explain each procedure in detail ahead of time. The wait times were reasonable as well.
Brought my mom in for a scan and everyone here from the front desk to techs are super friendly and professional. Everything was explained throughly and patient comfort was a priority. Thank you!
Staff in the waiting area was very kind and helpful. The X-ray tech who helped me was very kind and concerned about my pain and limitations.
Went in with minimal wait time and got out. Staff was very nice as well.
