Called 3 times just to be on hold for 30 mins and hung up on- finally getting an appointment waiting a week for it- then them calling and canceling my appointment because a technician called out! They left a message telling me to call to make another appointment- now I have called twice was on hold for 45 mins with no answer! They need to either get more people to take calls or fired the receptionist they have and get people who will do there jobs better!
It is ridiculous on how long the wait times are over the phone.
