I got a letter from a collection agency months after treatment, and long after I was sure I already paid all the bills related to it. I never received a bill.
If I could give a zero I would.
Would easily give a 0 if I could. Same issues as everyone with suprised billing and sending straight to collections. My insurance has already covered it by the way yet they are still sending collections to me to cover the “remainder” (both my insurance and I are trying to figure it out). Same complaints as other reviewers. I was never notified of a bill, and they sent it straight to collection.
This organization is horrible. I keep getting sent to collections for items never billed.
