Would easily give a 0 if I could. Same issues as everyone with suprised billing and sending straight to collections. My insurance has already covered it by the way yet they are still sending collections to me to cover the “remainder” (both my insurance and I are trying to figure it out). Same complaints as other reviewers. I was never notified of a bill, and they sent it straight to collection.

Echoing all of the same billing issues as already covered in previous reviews. Luckily, I did catch the first bill sent to me (I think), via an e-mail. However, it arrived months after my ER visit and looks incredibly suspicious. The amount charged is also so low as to be ridiculous -- why not just add this into all the other bills I had to pay (from two other completely separate entities, I might add). LMH should be ashamed to do business with this joke of a company. They send balances to the collection agency before EOB's are processed. Furthermore, you will be lucky if someone you talk to can speak anything better than broken English. Absolutely horrible!
