Great Service! – Love this place! I always feel welcome and well taken cared of. I work in the neighborhood and always find time to stop by for a quick tan and chit chat. The owners and staff are super friendly and know their stuff. I highly recommend this to any newbies out there. I didn't tan much and now I'm hooked!
Best Quality Tanning and Super Customer Service – I love radical tan. When I moved here I searched for a few months to find the perfect tanning salon and this is it! The owners are excellent with new customers and make returning customers feel at home. They are very sweet and always willing to help you to make your tanning experience the best that it can be. Just Okay, Overpriced for Quality Given. – The packages are over priced- example if you buy minutes it is 50 minutes for $90, monthly unlimited on the lowest level bed is $140 and they go up from there. I dont mind paying top dollar but not when I dont recieve high quality service. The tanning beds arent as great as they are made to sound. The owners, a husband and wife, are sweet and do write notes to new clients thanking them. You did not specified why do you feel you did not received quality service, and it quite surprised us because providing excellent service is one of our top priorities. Wonderful staff, great location! – The owners/staff are great, very friendly, and highlyknowledgeable. They are always willing to listen to your questions and work with you to find the best solution to match your needs. The salon is always clean and well lit. I love the location (very close to CalTrain and Muni) and stop by at least twice a week on my way home. I love this place! You will too!
Extremely friendly staff -- Great service – This place is affordable, has lots of tanning options, and the staff knows most of its customers on a first name basis. I have tried numerous salons throughout the city, yet this is the one I continue to come back to.
Outstanding – After signing up for a 10-session membership I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand written note from the owner in appreciation; the beds are top quality, but it's because of this notion that I will support these folks in whatever ways that I can. In addition, where other salons might require 2 tans for a bronzed tone, Radical beds get the job done in just 1 visit. If cost effectiveness is what you're after, here it is. -MB
