Extremely upset with the charge for a water regulator $1700 + Labor $1700. Statement shows I agreed to $2144 but was billed $3506. This included Water ****** ****** Cartridge. Tech did give a $300 discount. Original charge was $3806. 10:10-10:45am Tech called for help on getting logged in to review Finance Training. While talking to manager, Tech while on stereo speaker stated what he was doing. Mgr said, "Great Job, $2500." Tech, "No, more. Thanks." I continually argued the price & cost of regulator. The entire process with Radiant has been terrible. We paid $35,000 for our system. Didn't receive everything we were told we would and not only that, but what we were told and what we received are not the same. SO many issues from wired in wrong, dampers installed backwards, emergency shut off not even wired. Then the gas company came to inspect the installation and discovers leaks and broken seams all over the unit. Complete lack of care, accountability, professionalism and customer support. The technician that Radiant company sent to my house was named *******************************. He was the most ignorant and inept technician I have dealt with. My AC was working but when he was changing the electrical cables he created a shortage of my unit damaging my fan motor!! He took no responsibility neither the company. They said all they could do was not charge me for the repairs!! How insulting! What repairs? They broke my AC when the temperature was 102 degrees! I needed a plumber for an outdoor water leak in the main line leading into the house. There was a wet, soggy area on the lawn where the leak was suspected. Radiant Plumbing came to fix the leak. Before any work was started, I had to sign a contract and give them a credit card number. In my opinion, the quote was very high and did not include fixing the problem, just finding it. Don't call Radiant if you like your money.I called Radiant to repair a plumbing leak after quickly looking at their ****** reviews and WOW I wish I would have called someone else. We were charged almost $8,000 to repair a leak and install a new water heater. My insurance company would only reimburse $3,000 of their work due to the extreme **** rates for their services. I wish I had read these reviews before I hired these rip off artists. My husband was out of town, I am old, and my drains were clogged. I couldn't use my commode nor my showers. They were the first ones that said they could come out that day. Now I wish I had kept calling plumbers. It is true that the gentleman that came out was nice and efficient. I took the day off so I could be there when Radiant came. I got a text at 7:23AM saying my technician was on his way to my house. At 8:50 I texted back for an ETA. He arrived at 9:15 saying he was in traffic. That's just the beginning. My service request was for replacing the outside faucet along with the cut off value and possibly the back flow to the irrigation on the Southside of my house. We moved into our home in 2017 and we have had cooling issues from day one. If the outside temperature was above 80°, it was never below 76°-78° inside.
