I recently decided to stop being a patient at Radiant Smile due to an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with their customer service and overall lack of transparency. Sadly I am changing my review, these past months have been a pain, my daughter has a root canal that in seven months they haven't done anything to fix it until it got worse and now i need to pay more money, and in all these months other work was done that is not a priority! They let her root canal got worse during this time! I do not recommend this place!
I have been waiting to be seen, and I overheard the receptionist assist a patient in saving money. Based on my observations, the staff genuinely care about their patients and help them understand how to best utilize their insurance benefits. I will update you later on my experience. I am with Liberty Dental, and they do not cover as much for adults. I came in for an emergency checkup to see what they could do. As of right now, I do not have to pay anything out of pocket. Ronnie was great, and an angel at heart. She handled the work on my crown effortlessly, and it came out perfectly. Grant and Polly are true angels, went above and beyond their duty's. I will forever be grateful for them. Dr. Vivi is a true master of her craft and I couldn’t be more thankful.
