Not at all happy about being told I owed over $1000.00 from a year ago because “insurance paid less than expected.” I would have appreciated a phone call at least a few days before my appointment instead of basically being told to pay it or I don’t get the treatment finished that I am in the middle of. Feels like I was held hostage. I understand insurance is a separate issue but again, I would have appreciated a call prior to my appointment.
I’ve been coming to this location for close to a year. I struggle with dental anxiety and hadn’t gone to a dentist in several years. I can say literally every person in this building is kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable. They work with you on payments, they explain procedures and steps, they’re very helpful and professional. If you struggle with dental anxiety and need to see someone, I HIGHLY recommend the team here.
