I took my daughters there today to get their ears pierced. The store was very clean, and everyone was kind and helpful. They answered all of our questions and were so patient. Kari did a great job, and my girls left with huge smiles on their faces.

My dog Rose attacked my face with licks tonight and somehow ripped apart my nose ring. A quick trip to Radiance Piercing to find out that it was too warped to be fixed. It's a white gold ring and under warranty so it's being sent out for repair. The girls were so helpful, nice and friendly and hooked me up with a temporary ring until my other one gets back.
I chose this place solely based on reviews and my daughter came here for a cartilage ear piercing for her 13th birthday. It was such a fantastic experience and I made the right decision bringing her here! The shop was super nice, very clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing!! They listened to what we wanted and showed us tons of jewelry options. They were so friendly and made her feel so comfortable and relaxed!! She absolutely loves her piercing! Thanks again for making her bday extra special!
I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. They were so good with her and explained everything really well. She said it didn’t hurt at all and loved the pink opal earrings she picked. All the staff were so friendly and it was such an easy and painless experience for her! Definitely recommend!
These guys do amazing work. They made sure my daughter's spider bites were exactly what she wanted, and she absolutely loves them. The staff here is very knowledgeable, and their jewelry is OFF. THE. CHAIN. It is a beautiful selection with a beautiful crew that will make you feel comfortable whether it's your first or 20th piercing.
I went here yesterday for my first piercing (septum) and all the people there were so welcoming and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous going in and they made it such a great and smooth experience for me! Very clean and professional place!
