RecommendedAmazing customer service - everyone was patient and so helpful as I took forever picking jewelry. They were so sweet through the whole process. Ryan obviously is amazing - I drove 1.5 hours just to be pierced by him! The place was so clean - spotless really. The amount of jewelry you have to pick from is amazing and they’re beautiful pieces. You are not paying for Claire’s prices... you get what you pay for. Save up a little longer and see Ryan for some amazing quality jewelry!

I got my first cartilage piercing this past Tuesday. I was nervous, but everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable, and everything was explained in detail. The space is clean and safe, with lots of attention paid to proper technique and sanitation. The selection of jewelry is amazing, and they help you find just the right thing. While it was my first visit, it won’t be my last.

Ryan first started piercing me about 10years ago, and today I had the pleasure of taking my daughter to him to get her ears pierced! Radiance carries the most beautiful, top-of-the-line jewelry. I purchased a dangly navel ring from them that lasted 6years! Ryan was also able to help me custom order the different color jewels I wanted in it! Ryan has an awesome, contagious personality. He and his staff are some of the best and most knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Loved this place! They answered all my questions online and I was able to schedule an appointment online as well. Got there and got to browse all the jewelry. Tongue piercing went great! Will be back for future piercings!!
