I went to Radiance this morning to get my nose pierced. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me pick out which piece of jewelry would be best... I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want. I was a little nervous but Ryan chatted with me and put me at ease. Great customer service and extremely friendly! And I LOVE my nose piercing! ❤️

I’ve seen Ryan exclusively for all of my piercing needs since 2013. He is incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Hands down the best in the area and beyond. Gorgeous jewelry selection, professional, kind employees, and always pristinely clean/sanitary space and practices. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Ryan helped me plan out my overall look which includes re-piercing closed holes & new piercings. He was very gentle performing Tragus re-piercings & has great taste in music making my overall 1st experience fantastic. Kaden handled my 2nd visit which included re-piercing & hole stretching and was equally professional. Radiance is the cleanest shop I’ve ever been in & has the best selection of jewelry I’ve ever seen. I will continue to use them for future piercings.
