Scam Artists. BEWARE!!! The management operates as Churchill Living based in Passaic NJ and Global Luxury Suites. They are deceptive and dishonest people and you'd be wise NOT to do business with them!!! They most likely post their own glowing reviews because their policies shift with the wind and as a company they do not respect the law.
Really a great place This is an upscale building where the concierge knows your name, the leasing team checks in on you, and attention is paid to every detail of the experience (speaking of paid...this place isnt cheap). Facilities are top-notch, and you pay for it. The cost is worth it to me, though, because of the convenience, security, and luxury. Will definitely renew my lease.
There's no place like home... no really! This is one of those once in a lifetime buildings. When you come around the corner at Essex street and see the entry way, you know you're home. The front concierge area is always well lit and inviting. They are always there to open the door for you and welcome you home with water, and an apple, or sometimes other treats...
