I am so glad I have Dr. Ravula and her staff taking care of me. Dr. Ravula has done rhizotomies, steroid injections and a sacroiliac joint injection, not all at one time, as the need arises with my facet joint disease, herniated discs and spondylosis.She is very skilled in doing her procedures, I think she is most happy when she is doing them. Love this practice. Dr. Ravula is the best. Her staff is great. Love away, always a welcomed face. Also you front desk.. wow, greets the patient with such joy. It's a pleasure to be your patient.
From entering the office onward I was treated in a friendly, efficient, caring way. The entire staff deserves great praise for how comfortable they made me feel - and, that's difficult when you are in pain. I really felt like everyone cared about me and my comfort. I even received a follow up call after my treatment and that's rare these days!
