Ordered seat covers for my Truck 7 weeks ago. Still no seat covers. Seems I’m getting the run around. I’m not a happy camper! Unimpressed to say the least.
I did have what I thought was a bad and experience and was given the good enough attitude. After working with Radco, we are much happier. The running boards that we purchased didn't fit tight to the lower rocker panel leaving a pretty large gap. Radco called us back in and made some adjustment to the running boards. They moved them inward and lessened the gap. They still don't fit tight but it is the design of the boards. The fix from Westin was not acceptable and kind of a joke. Aaron and his team are great. We have purchased multiple times and appreciate the expert advice on all the products along with the service. The Radco team insisted on installing my windshield wipers in a downpour and made sure my wipers worked so I would be safe on the road. Thank you!!!!
