Told by an employee I had a horse shit attitude in front of other customers, no repromend from management, or apology, wouldn't warranty a product until I called corperate, st cloud store is messed up. North Central truck equipment will be getting my business from now on
Radco installed a pickup topper for me yesterday. Silly me. I should have asked for the keys to the topper windows! When I called this morning and said I received no keys, the employee said he wasn't working yesterday. A great answer if customer service is not important. And when I returned to the dealership to pick up the keys, no apology or acknowledgement of any inconvenience. Just handed me the keys.
