RecommendedThe Duluth store sold me a topper that they had in stock and went above and beyond to help me out. I showed up only a few minutes before closing, they were friendly and helpful and made sure I was all set prior to closing up. The manager Jordan was also very pleasant throughout the process, timely to respond to emails, and also very helpful and thorough before, during, and after the sale. Highly Recommend the Duluth Store!
Absolutely the worst customer service in my entire life. I ordered a new Leer topper on July 14, 2020. Today is December 21, 2020 and still no topper. I have stopped in to the Blaine store 5 times checking on my order and they could care less. I asked them to let me know the status and NEVER had anyone call me back. On 12-16-2020 I called their 800 number and asked to have a regional manager call me; 5 days later still no call. I put down $1,800.00 down so they have had my money for over 6 months. East side Radco was a tremendous help to me on 12/14/2020 as I backed my truck from the garage and broke both hinges but not the glass - called them and they got me in the same day and fixed and road ready in less than an hour ! Big kudos to the manager of the East side Radco Nick Hanten!! If you get a chance stop I’m on the East side new location - great store great prices great service !! Highly recommended!!

Bought a 2017 Ram 2500 and needed some truck accessories, so glad I stopped by Radco in Sioux City. Store manager Darin and assistant manager Mike both are awesome people to work with. They are honest and give great advice. They take there time with you and listen to your needs. This is my new favor store to shop! I appreciate your time and professionalism! Bought them lunch they deserved it!
