5.0 star rating 11/13/15 RaData (Sam) and his technicians did an outstanding job advising, explaining, and installing a radon mitigation system for us. Sam invested the time needed to help with the decisions that needed to be made. I very much appreciate the quality of the work, attention to my concerns and the care taken. 5 Stars without reservation!
We had to cancel our appointment due to something out of our control. We were charged an outrageous cancellation fee because we canceled with less than 48 hours notice. Very disappointing.

We do have a 48 working hour cancellation policy for all service and installation appointments. The policy is explained to each customer at the time the appointment is scheduled; if the customer requests an appointment already within the cancel period, the customer is advised that if they are unsure if they can make the appointment, that they do have the option to choose another appointment date that would not already be within the cancellation policy.
