RecommendedWe had a radon remediation done today and I want to let you know how pleased we were with the work and the team who did the installation. They were prompt, efficient and informative as well as doing an outstanding job on the installation.
They could return phone calls when requested and promised. Water Test was done and sale fell through. Water test was never released and even after speaking with Dan who promised to look into it, the results were never released and never received by seller. Very unprofessional staff. Will never do business with this outfgit again and certainly will not recommend
RAdata does minimal work. Employee named Rob is disrespectful, condescending, egotistical, and sexist. I highly recommend NOT using this company where the men will only talk to men and be disrespectful to women. I wanted to have a safe environment for my family and they wouldn't listen to ways to make that happen or care about the needs/wants of their clients.
We had a positive experience with the company. Due to a miscommunication there was a billing discrepancy. We contacted Blair Miers with whom we had our initial contact. He advised that we explain the issue in writing and send it to his attention and that he in turn would refer it to the appropriate department. We received several emails including one from the company's president, David Grammer. The matter was resolved . RAdata provided us with excellent customer service.
Best in the state. Very helpful and does a great job. Would use again.
I have worked as a realtor since 2002 and have not had too much experience with a radon reading over 4.0. I called Radata right away and was very impressed by the prompt information they provided with a very reasonable quote to install a fan. They came to the property the next day to install a fan. I would highly recommend to any realtor or homeowner that experiences a high radon result.
Our reading was 26 for a pre sale home inspection! I called on a Monday and had an appointment for the following week. Got a call the next day that they could come that Thursday. The work was done in under 2 hours and the tech was great. I mailed the retest Monday and got an email yesterday with results of .02!! Thank you so much for the great work
