Love my new handle/lockset! After purchasing two new deadbolts and a handle-set for my new kitchen door, I returned to WC Rackliffe to purchase a new rustic, handle/lock set for my front door. We purchased a new home and needed the all the locks changed and a dead bolt installed. They answered all my questions and did it within 2 hours of my phone call. Very cordial and professional with excellent service. Will not hesitate to use them again.
