I originally went here because of a few recommendations from freinds. but also they are the closest to us in Bellevue. I took my Tesla Model S to them to get recommendations for a Hitch and a Bike Rack. Understandibly durring Covid 19 they were a rushed when dealing with customers, but the front desk person I talked to just assured me that the hitch he chose was the right one for my car and that it would have enough clearance and the recomendation of the Kuat Nv 2.0 would be fine.
