Great vibes come from Rack City, whether it be the trainers, fellow clients, or just the place itself. Joining this gym brought me back to life physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially. I've never felt so good about myself and felt 110% confident in putting the outcome of my body and mind in the hands of 2 amazing people who are an image in their own for how they run their business. Always a smile and a push in the right direction, fit themselves and nothing less than motivating. Love it!
After 3 months of training at Rack City most of my strength after having 2 kids was restored, after 6 months, I passed the dreaded "Nordstrom dressing room challenge" with flying colors! So I keep going because I like results.
The weights are super heavy. Pete tells me to do things and I do them. Then I sweat a bunch. It feels good.
