Rack City is an "all are welcome" kind of place. It doesn't matter what shape you are in, the staff is there to meet you where you are. They pay close attention to your movement and show you what you are doing wrong and how to do it right. They motivate me to do my best and I always feel good when I walk, or limp, out the door.
