One of the best decisions I ever made was to join Rack City!! Peter and Anna are amazing! They have created an atmosphere where people of all athletic abilities feel supported and confident. Love my Rack City Family!
I had no real concept of what cross fit is all about, but went with a friend. I love it! Very challenging for me, however all progress is celebrated, and it really gets the endorphins going! I like the challenge, and the coaches are there to make sure we use correct form, and avoid getting hurt. Awesome, all are welcome environment! Very friendly peeps. Definitely try it out! 👍
