Tom Federlin is my all time HERO !!! He recently went WAY above & beyond your average effort by a Realtor to find my daughter and her husband (track workers) a suitable rental from May 1 - Sept 31 (with the option of extending thru Oct) which is totally unheard of during "season" in Saratoga Springs - go figure !!! I don't know how he managed to do it - but I will be forever grateful - if it weren't for Tom's heroic efforts (and a very understanding retired "horse racing " landlord) these kids would be living in a barn on th... read more
RUN! If I could get a restraining order on this company/person I would. He was insulting to my family and the gentlemen who were working on my house. He intentionally valued my rental below market to ingratiate himself with long term clients. In short, this guy is a nightmare. I am shocked he is still in business!!!!
As a local home owner, I am shocked that Tom Federlin is still in business. Ask any local who rents their home for track season and the two words you will hear each and every time are "unprofessional" and "rude". I gave him the benefit of the doubt and listed my home with him last year. I don't know if I've ever had a worse experience with a professional.
