Started having severe pain Thursday night called Friday morning believing I had an abscess wisdom tooth. Was told no one could see me until Monday because though I had sever pain I didn't have any swelling and I wasn't even able to get a prescription for antibiotics. I ended up having to go to the ER in the middle of the night on Saturday for pain killers and antibiotics because my face began to swell and increased pain. Spent the weekend in sever pain. I am a terrified FREAK about going to the dentist. But my new dentist, Leah Johnson, at Racine Dental Group, is AH-MAZING. I have horrible teeth--no matter how much I brush, I always have cavities. She just gave me a filling and it was relatively painless and so easy. I think my days of anxiety going to the dentist are over! We have been patients of Dr. Aaron Carruthers of the Racine Dental Group for 10 years and he and his staff have taken excellent care of us. Larry only needs regular cleaning but I have lots of dental challenges including broken teeth, an eight tooth upper partial which is painful and difficult to fit despite every thing Dr. Carruthers has tried, lots of old cavities and gum problems. Despite the challenges, our dentist has always endeavored to make me pain free, well taken care off and still smiling.
First time at Racine Dental Group visit with Dr. Paul Elcano was highly recommended by Carol Lynn. Very professional and polite and his staff.
