I called yesterday to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was transferred to a new patient coordinator but was sent to voicemail. I called back and explained what occurred and asked if there was someone in the office that could help me. I was told that was the person who could help me and that she was in the office until 5:00 pm. I was told to leave a voicemail and she would return my call. I love Dr. Leah Johnson. She's very gentle, and she's great what she does. Her assistants are awesome! I would recommend her.

I had my first visit with Dr. Ashley Berghuis yesterday and she did an exceptional job, i highly recommend her!! She makes a great addition to the Racine Dental Group.
Broke a tooth and got an appointment that day! Then they went above and beyond to get me in with the oral surgeon the very next day! WOW!
Our entire experience has been a nightmare. Their staff is incompetent and unorganized. We had a scheduled appointment for a procedure and we show up and they have no record of it. We will never use them again.

Had my first visit today. So impressed with not only the building but the staff was amazing. I felt so comfortable and I am so glad I came here for a 2nd opinion today and found my new dentist Brian Waldau. As a person without dental insurance I was so happy to hear about the SmileAssist and signed up today. I think my fear of dentists is gone!
Nice building. Nice staff. Waited around a bit but that's anywhere. Good cleaning. No pain.
