We've been seeing Dr. Vicencio for the last 7+ years and she is a wonderful human and doctor. She is kind, gentle, and patient.
She is the best Dr. very truthful and understanding.
The best Pediatrician ever! Very professional and sweet with my children.
Whoever is running the phone is very rude. She hung up on me because "she could not hear me very well." All of a sudden and did not call me back. Was not helpful and had a bad attitude.
