Dr. West’s office managemt is a mess. The office manager is rude, they make billing errors every time and make mistakes that they then don’t fix to say the least. They billed my credit card for over $500 for supplements without informing me, when I had not given them authorization, they never sent me a bill for the charges and more. Dr. West is excellent and it’s a shame that for such a good doctor, the incompetent office management is causing patients to leave her.
