I had a great experience here. The office is new and the staff is really nice and helpful. They even have complimentary snacks, coffee, and beverages. Dr. Shlomov is a good communicator, does thorough state of the art testing and takes her time with you. My appointment was on time as well. No waiting. I highly recommend Miami Eye Doctor for anyone looking for a professional and comprehensive eye exam, glasses or contact fitting.
I had a wonderful experience with my eye exam. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Rachel was excellent very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to carefully examine my eyes, perform several tests, and explain everything clearly. Great experience. Dr. Rachel was super knowledgeable, solved what others hadn’t been able to and was incredibly thorough with my exam until she got the prescription just right.
