We stopped for dinner. Had about 20 minute wait, but that was expected. Had a drink at the bar to pass the time. Table was ready as promised. Our server was amazing! She was fast, friendly and attentive beyond our expectations.
Been waiting for over an hour for a table for 3. Ridiculous.
We attended a baby shower yesterday in the private dining area and just want to say how amazing our 2 servers were. They anticipated every need and were 2 of the most pleasant servers I've ever met. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very, very generous.
Good food.....good people and if something is wrong or you waited too long for your appetizers/dinner/lunch to receive....they right it for you!
It's been going downhill since it opened., Really sad because we really used to like it. They have messed up orders, spinach dip twice, and service is slowing.

Great Time! Good food, great service,and it was very busy. I called ahead they take reservations,but they sat us right at 6 o'clock. Can't wait to go back.
We enjoyed our meal; and had a great waitress! We would recommend Rachel's Roadhouse to everyone.
