Definitely the worst option i chose for my birthday dinner not to mentioned this was the first time ever going to your establishment! Not only was the food overpriced but the appetizer was cold, my cheeseburger bun was soggy and our fries were dry and way over cooked! Took an hour just to recieve our food and we barely saw our waitress! Oh well i guess happy birthday to me next year ill choose somewhere else.
Our kids baseball team went to Rachel's after a game at Highfield. We had Brad as a server and he couldn't have been better. Our drinks were always full and he even gave a bowl of fruit for a young brother to enjoy when their food was not yet delivered. Food was first rate. I had the Bleu cheese burger and it was perfect. Could not recommend more for a casual meal.

Food is good but the service is not that great. They were out of the item I ordered and the waitress did not come back to inform me until 10 or 15 minutes later. Not sure what the delay was but really wish she had told me sooner. As a result I had to order something else and our entire party had to wait a really long time. Also they're not good about checking back on how things are going or if refills are needed.
Had a great time at Rachel's, they even made me a special meal, because I have to watch what I eat. Staff is awesome, I highly recommend Rachel's�
