Our good friends recommended Rachel, and they couldn’t have pointed us in a better direction! Rachel was so patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to house hunt with. Rachel was fantastic in helping us find the right home. She's not only very knowledgeable about the market (especially in the Chestnut Hill/Mount Airy areas), but also the homes themselves, which made her invaluable at open-houses or private walk-throughs. Rachel is fantastic! She's super knowledgable and and patient, willing to explain every step of the process (even when my partner and I, first time homebuyers, show up with questions like "Wait, what even is preapproval?
