Today was my first appointment back for a dental appointment in a few years. Yes, you read that right. I moved to Franklin in August of 2024 after living in Nashville since 1996. I really do not like giving business such low ratings. I’ve gone to Rachel Oates for a couple of years now & they’ve been kind. I recently went for a cleaning & they told me I needed a tooth extracted and an implant put in (5k), 5 cavities + 1 crown. I truly did not even know how that was possible with my dental hygiene being so good. I went to get a second opinion & they told me I had to get ONE cavity filled & 2 crowns put on. I didn’t even need a root canal on the tooth they said needed to be extracted. It feels extremely... read more
Beware they don’t take any insurance other than Delta Dental (supposedly starting this year) and will fail to mention that until after you get a bill. Nothing about the service experience justifies paying $200+ for a 15 minute cleaning that would be covered by most dental plans at any other office who has taken the time to credential themselves to accept insurance.
