I am new to the area and decided to try Rachel Oates Family Dental based on google reviews. I just want to add my five stars to this dental practice. I had major work done yesterday. The staff are friendly, compassionate, professional. Before I got in the chair (with some apprehension) Madison was reassuring, offered me Nitrous - to which I said, YES. I cannot speak highly enough about the care I receive at Rachel Oates Family Dental. I was having a terrible toothache, called the office at 8:30 and was seen by my dentist by 9:15. Thank you Dr. Waits.
Such a great dentist and office. No one likes dental work, but getting this new crown had zero stress and discomfort. I highly recommend!!

It's an absolute shame that I've been coming here for the last seven years and still haven't left a review. This place is the best. If anyone was cursed with the worst teeth genetics, it's me. Thank goodness for Rachel Oates Family Dental because otherwise, I'd be suffering pretty badly.
