I love everything about this place; great dentists & hygienists, super clean, orthodontics on site, friendly & professional staff, and they get you in and out efficiently!
The worst dentist I have ever been to. I don’t even know where to start. I had lots of issues with the process of getting my cavities filled and the numbing. But the main issue is their lack of care and urgency. When I went in for my second appointment, I asked the dentist who greeted me to relay information to the person who would be performing my operation. That was not done. I am new to the area and decided to try Rachel Oates Family Dental based on google reviews. I just want to add my five stars to this dental practice. I had major work done yesterday. The staff are friendly, compassionate, professional. Before I got in the chair (with some apprehension) Madison was reassuring, offered me Nitrous - to which I said, YES.
