Rachel is AMAZING! There are real estate agents, and there are MOUNTAIN real estate agents. Don't buy in the mountains of Colorado without someone who knows the specific ins and outs of living in the mountains, often with a well, a septic tank, and the specifications of living at elevation. Rachel helped us buy in the mountains, and helped us sell our last house. I cannot recommend her enough!
