R. Lacy is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered. We had a new patient appointment for my husband to assess cognitive decline. There was a mixup in the appointment time, and the staff called and told us to come on to the office. The moment we arrived, Lacy walked in and started chastising us for being late. I would rate zero stars if that were an option. The RUDEST person I have ever encountered. We had a mixup on the appointment time, and her staff told us to come on, and she was EXTREMELY rude to us for being late. We had already offered to reschedule. A person with cognitive issues may mixup an appointment time. That is YOUR specialty so a bit of compassion would have been appropriate.Thank God we discovered who she is before we became a patient.
