Rachel was very proactive in relaying information, even at inconvenient times of day. She also helped make the process easy and made clear what steps had to be taken.
Rachel was the perfect person to work with! She answered every question we had and if she didn’t have an answer at the time, she would get back to us in a timely manner with an answer. Her team did an amazing job assisting us as first time home buyers and she made the process super easy and smooth. Not only was she professional, she was friendly and comforting with us and accommodating with our kids. Would 12/10 recommend Rachel!
I have to say, this was our second real estate agent and Rachel was the best agent I have ever had. She never rushed us on any home and gave us her opinion when needed. Rachel is awesome! She is great at communicating. She did everything possible to market our home. She was always encouraging and very knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable and confident in an emotional transaction. My favorite part about working with Rachel was her availability.
