Had me do a chest x-ray Monday to see if I needed to go to the ER did not get back to me called office 3 times Tuesday was told results not back yet then told results are back Dr hasn't had time to look at them he will call you he never did today's Wednesday the third day I called back and they told me results are not back yetWhat am I supposed to do?My work wants to know what's going on and so do IStarted out as a telehealthThe staff was no help acted like they could care less
Dr E is a fantastic family doctor. He is thorough and patient. He often runs late, but doesn’t short you on time with your visit. He and his staff are easily reachable and eager to help.

Terrible.
Waited 75 minutes past our appt time in waiting room. Once we were in the exam room had to wait another 25 min before Dr walked in.
My wife has seen him a few times. He could care less about you. She has several pains in that area for awhile, he's done nothing to help her. Got back to her 4 days after her blood work came in with several major red flags. He's not even smart enough to prescribe her a medicine that she's not allergic to. Very lazy. Find someone on the South Shore it's worth the drive. His referrals are worthless as well. If something happens to her you will hear from us in a big way!
Rushed through visit and ordered testing but did not seem interested in why I was having my neurological symptoms. Very unhelpful and thin analysis. Big disappointment. I have seen an alternative neurologist and received help.
My experience with Dr. Heiman was appalling and deeply upsetting. From the moment he walked into the room, he was cold, dismissive, and condescending. I was admitted specifically to be evaluated by him, and yet he treated me as though I was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. When he was in Florida Medical Group he and his NP Catherine sa my wife Evelyn Ridriguez, but when they move to Brandon with Adventh Health ir was too far to see them there. Since before they move We had been asking for a referal, eventhough that by our PPO insurance with United Health Care /Tricare for life and previus to that, Humana PPO, we do not need a eeferal.
