My mouth was a wreck I had a got a $20k plan from another dentist. I went to dr ***** for as second opinion and did an excellent job for 1/2. Ivan very thankful.
So let me tell ya…. I’ve been going to Dr.Brett since I’ve had teeth Ya know. Sometime in 2017 I had all four wisdom teeth removed. Set the appointment, arrived, was seen right away, no pain during the procedure and quick, no pain after, was prescribed 10 5mg hydrocodone pills I believe. Two weeks ago not quite the best experience. So I get like 3 or 4 feelings done and after the procedure I’m released without paper work, instructions for proper care after, precaution warnings, or ANYTHING. I believe the Rabel Family Dental practice was attempting to take advantage of my family with a mandatory $250 fee for a service that isn't needed. It's definitely a HARD NO for me as far as returning to Rabel's dentist! The older Dentist is rude! Half of the staff are rude.. OMG, the lady whose over the treatment plan doesn't know ****! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place!
This place is not sanitary and they store all their equipment in a procedure room that is occupied by patients. In the procedure room I was placed in, there were water stains in the ceiling and what looked like moist-mold in the air vent located behind the t/v. There was also TOILET attached to this room that employees kept leaving in and out of during my procedure-drying their hands on their scrubs! I highly recommend this place for anyone needing dental work. They went above and beyond to give me my beautiful smile back. I’m so glad I found a good reliable dentist. I will be coming back for all my dental work.
