Please hire more competent and honest staff at your Broadwater Apartments location in Galveston. I had to move out for a family emergency to take care of my ailing family members across the country. I signed the lease in July and notified the manager in August. The stone-cold B you hired couldn't-care-less. She told me I could move out after paying $6,800. Wouldn't work with me at all. You all need to have better communication between the corporate office and your properties. I have sent in numerous times to Treehouse Apartments showing that I have had renters insurance since July of this year and you all took it upon yourselves to force an additional renters insurance to my monthly rent. You all need to fix this now or I will break my lease, file a complaint with the BBB and have my lawyer deal with you all.
You guys have a property in Arlington,tx called stone canyon that's under new management,i put in two maintenance orders to fix hot water in my kitchen,a contractor was fixing a leak on property an messed up my hot water, they stopped towing being enforced and all type of guest on property playing loud music to 4 a m. in the morning , management doing nothing about it
Charged me the wrong amount on my auto pay and are now trying to charge me a late fee LOL, you're not getting that from me
