I had a very great experience at the salon with Raquel! I had gone in for a basic women's wash and cut and wash not disappointed! the only reason it is a 4 star review and not 5 is becuase of the wait. My appointment was set for 3:30 and I did not get seen until 4:15 - but sometimes thats just how it happens! luckily I was able to run errands while I waited and was always shown respect. I saw Sarah for a colour + foils and she did exactly what I wanted & achieved my inspo photos! I feel I normally leave a salon and am not super happy/excited with the results but this time I was :) She was really sweet & will definitely be coming back to see her!
Madison was awesome. She actually made my hair look better than I could've imagined - colour, foils, and cut. She's a Sr. Stylist who's new in Kamloops and I'm so glad I found her. Friendly too. Atmosphere at RA was very inviting. Parking is free with lots of spots. Price was comparable to other salons I've been to here.
