It is standard practice for R.A. Haines trucks to pile, blow, and throw trash into your neighbor's yard instead of hauling it away. I ask them politely to stop every time, but they continue throwing trash (any garbage, not just yard waste) at the neighbors on both sides. They clearly only care about the property for which they are paid.
We moved from the West Palm Beach area in late May 2022. As part of our move we terminated our service with R.A. Haines Landscape, but unfortunately we double paid for service rendered in May. When we brought the double payment to Bob's attention he acknowledged that he had received the double payment and he assured us he would make good on the refund. Now 5 months later, and after numerous phone calls and texts to Bob, and repeated assurances that he would make good on the refund, he has done nothing. His failure to follow ... read more
