Called in for emergency service call! Sent a guy who was not fully qualified to do the job fully. Charged over $1000 for a system check, cleaning, and changed 2 capacitors. Tech left and said another tech would be out the next day to check system charge. Took 2 days to come back and charged us another service fee for a job not done! Then told us our system was old and recommended we should replace the whole system after the took over $1100 from us now! Still have no AC! Bunch of crooks! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
