I was not sure what to expect due to my first time with any stretching assistance. I am very active which includes running my dogs in agility competitions aka sprinting. The treatment and conversations with the staff were so helpful and enjoyable. After my session I was able to sit like I hadn't since kindergarten! I wish I lived in Tulsa to be able to go weekly. This is a must for all active people.

My experience was great! My low back had been bothering me and we were able to get stretches in that I could never achieve on my own. Recommended 💯
I have really great experiences at R3Stretch. My massage therapists, Hayden and Angelica, are very professional and they take the time to ask about areas I wanted to focus on and if I have any injuries. I got gotten a few deep tissue massages and the pressure is always perfect for me. I leave feeling so much better, especially in my shoulders upper back and neck were I have the most problems. I would highly recommend R3Stretch.
