No frills, no nonsense with their massages. If you're tired of the normal spas not going nearly hard enough on your knots or problem areas, this is the place for you. The price for a 30 min chair massage is very reasonable too.
I was not sure what to expect due to my first time with any stretching assistance. I am very active which includes running my dogs in agility competitions aka sprinting. The treatment and conversations with the staff were so helpful and enjoyable. After my session I was able to sit like I hadn't since kindergarten! I wish I lived in Tulsa to be able to go weekly. This is a must for all active people.
Great experience. Matthew did an awesome job and relieved the areas that I really needed
R3 stretch is amazing. We felt amazing after our visit with them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff as well !!
My experience was great! My low back had been bothering me and we were able to get stretches in that I could never achieve on my own. Recommended 💯
