Went in for the “covered by insurance” bi-annual cleaning, they suggested to do a deeper clean. Tech said she had to see if ins covered it (took forever) but was told insurance DID. We gave written consent and then started, and stated it would only be 1/2 the mouth today and we would have to come back. Odd, but ok. The procedure was never discussed in detail, or the difference between the two (regular and deeper clean).
